1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders within our primary market (United States).
- There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected shipping charges added at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 - 3 business days after order placement. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 7 - 14 business days.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the shipping carrier's portal.
4. Delays & Customs Duties
While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier capacity constraints, or regional disruptions. For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
