At Novellune, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a comprehensive return window to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

You have 90 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, clean, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged retail packaging.
  • The return must include all original parts and premium accessories provided in the kit (including the Arm Trainer, Ab Wheel, Backpack, Yoga Mat, tools, and user manuals).
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your original order confirmation email or order number) must be included.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@novellune.shop with your order number and clear photos showing the unused item and its packaging.
  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address. Important: Do not send items back to the address printed on the original shipping label without prior confirmation from us.
  3. Pack the item securely, ship it using a trackable service, and email the tracking number to our support team.

Refund Policy

Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will undergo a physical inspection to verify compliance with our return terms.

Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it is unused and complete with all standard accessories. This inspection process is typically completed within 3 business days of receiving the package. We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

2. Refund Timing

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., your credit card or PayPal account) within 3 - 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's internal policies.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement thoroughly once more.
  • Contact your credit card issuer or financial institution, as it may take additional processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at support@novellune.shop.

4. Final Sale & Commercial Warranty

We do not have any final sale items at this time; all qualifying items are subject to the standard 90-day policy. There is no separate commercial warranty provided beyond standard consumer statutory protections.
